Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Saw / Grinder Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in the Leetsdale area. This role is responsible for accurately cutting raw materials to specification, grinding and finishing components, supporting material movement throughout the facility, and ensuring products meet quality standards before advancing to the next stage of production. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment, reading basic drawings, and operating saws, grinders, and other shop equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Operate band saws to cut material according to work orders and drawings.
• Grind, deburr, and finish metal components to required specifications.
• Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Operate secondary equipment such as grinders, sanders, and drill presses.
• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and daily equipment checks.
• Record production information in the ERP system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing, machine shop, fabrication, or metalworking experience preferred.
• Ability to read basic drawings and use measuring tools.
• Forklift experience is a plus or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position: Parts Washer
Pay: $18.95hr—Raise every 3 months—Schedule and raise amount below
Schedule: Monday—Friday (6am—2:30pm)
Location: Leetsdale, PA 

We are seeking a reliable Parts Washer to support manufacturing operations by loading, unloading, operating, and maintaining an automatic parts washer. This position is responsible for ensuring parts are properly cleaned, transferred between departments as needed, and accurately recorded in SAP.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and willing to cross-train on multiple tasks within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, operate, and perform daily maintenance on an automatic parts washer.
• Operate a manual spray washer as a backup cleaning method when needed.
• Transfer materials between shop departments as required.
• Cross-train on different tasks within the department to support production needs.
• Enter confirmed operation figures and production activity into SAP.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Fluid power industry experience is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working around machinery and production equipment.
• Forklift certification required, including the ability to operate a forklift and Raymond upright equipment.

Working Environment:

This position is performed in a manufacturing environment. The employee will frequently work around moving mechanical parts and may occasionally be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Job Details:
Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Pay rate: Up to $20per hour BOE potentially higher for well qualified/ experienced candidates 
Progression: Accelerated progression plan, where raises are earned based on ability, quality of work and reliability.  Ability to earn several raises within your first 3 to 6 months with the company.   Potential to become a crew lead in as short as 1 year of employment, based on your performance. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Install residential HVAC systems and components in new construction homes
• Assist in the setup and assembly of ductwork, air handlers, and other system elements
• Read and follow basic blueprints or layout drawings with guidance
• Use hand and power tools including drills, saws, tin snips, and tape measures
• Work safely on multi-story residential structures (must be comfortable with heights)
• Follow job site protocols and work as part of a team to meet installation timelines

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure and basic tools
• Comfortable working outdoors and on job sites in various conditions
• Reliable transportation to/from job sites – Ability to transport your tools and a step ladder (will fit in an average car, does not require a truck)
• Must be physically able to lift, bend, climb, and carry as required by the job
• Prior experience in construction, carpentry, electrical, or plumbing is a plus
• HVAC or technical school education is preferred but not required

Warehouse Distribution Associate

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

About the Role
TOPS Staffing is partnering with a growing organization to hire Warehouse Distribution Associates who enjoy staying organized, working with systems, and keeping operations running smoothly. This role goes beyond basic picking and stocking—you’ll be trusted to accurately document inventory movements, use ERP and inventory systems, and keep records up to date using computers or tablets.

What You’ll Be Doing
Support production and internal teams by preparing and kitting materials as needed
Build, stage, and prepare outbound shipments with accuracy and attention to detail
Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, and document inventory using ERP or inventory software
Complete daily paperwork and electronic documentation to track inventory movement
Pick and fulfill orders using RF scanners or handheld devices
Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (experience preferred)
Package and label orders for shipment
Assist with processing returned or warranty items
Participate in physical inventory counts and help organize incoming shipments

Position: CNC Programmer 
Pay Rate: $35.00hr+ based on prior experience 
Shift: Steady dayshift M-F
Summer Months (June-August) 4x10 schedule (M-Th)
Rest of year is a standard 5x8 schedule (M-F)

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a well-established, family-owned industrial manufacturing company with a strong reputation for precision machining, engineering support, equipment rebuilds, and custom component manufacturing. This is a hands-on programming role supporting a machine shop environment that produces complex parts and assemblies for heavy industrial customers.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where each job may bring different requirements. This person should be confident programming from prints, 3D models, and customer drawings while working closely with machinists, engineers, and shop leadership to ensure programs are accurate, efficient, and production-ready. The role requires someone who can troubleshoot during setup, communicate effectively on the shop floor, and help improve machining processes across the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop CNC programs for new and rework parts, including 3-axis through 5-axis machining applications
• Use CAM software to create accurate, efficient programs based on engineering prints, 3D models, and customer drawings
• Optimize tool paths, feeds, speeds, and tooling selection to improve cycle time, part quality, and surface finish
• Collaborate with machinists during first-piece setup, program proofing, troubleshooting, and process adjustments
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure programs meet dimensional, tolerance, and quality requirements
• Support programming for custom, low-volume, repair, rebuild, and production machining work
• Maintain CNC program libraries, tooling documentation, post-processors, and related setup information
• Assist with continuous improvement of CNC programming standards, machining processes, and shop efficiency
• Communicate effectively with machining, engineering, quality, and production teams to keep jobs moving accurately and on schedule

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience in a job-shop, custom machining, repair/rebuild, or production manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Mastercam, Gibbs, or comparable CAM software
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, 3D models, and customer specifications
• Working knowledge of GD&T and tight-tolerance machining requirements
• Experience programming CNC mills, lathes, boring mills, or multi-axis machining centers
• 5-axis programming experience preferred
• Strong understanding of tooling, feeds, speeds, workholding, and machining best practices
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple jobs in progress
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work directly with machinists on the shop floor

Preferred Background:

• Experience in heavy industrial, steel, mill equipment, pump, gearbox, foundry, repair/rebuild, or custom component manufacturing
• Background supporting large-part machining, complex assemblies, or reverse-engineered components
• Experience improving existing programs for better cycle time, quality, and repeatability
